We operate a full-fledged service centre with expertise in first aid and advanced support for watches, Jewelry and Writing instruments.

​We believe in the principle: "compete on service, not on price" we support our retail channels to provide a differentiated level of service to what is the norm in the Arab world, with free services such as engraving/embossing, and quick turnaround for repairs and replacements for defective items.
