Our History
Founded in 1975 by Sany Nahhas, AMC has been providing consultancy in the Middle East for over 40 years, and has been involved in real estate, construction, telecoms and luxury retail sectors.

In 2004 the new distribution centre in Dubai Airport Free Zone was established to cover distribution to GCC markets for luxury brands. The sister company Visions FZCO (previously part of Rivoli Group) was added to the group in 2005 to address the Travel Retail sector and in 2006 the JV with the Al Fahim Group, Paris Gallery Regional, was established to further expand the Richemont group presence in the region, in particular the business of Montblanc and Dunhill.

In 2010, the company created a distribution company for Montegrappa Italia to address the wider region.

​Today AMC group has a strong presence across the region with a partner network spanning more than 15 countries.
